Reflection

When I wrote the first draft of Paper 3, I didn't realize that my paper focused more on the benefits of immigration for immigrants, not for the U.S. I was confused about the prompt's quesiton, so I asked Professor Lee for help. She explained clearly and suggest me to focus on how immigration benefits the country. For example,  I can rewrite immigration as a continuation of the American Dream. This helped me understand the topic more deeply and gave me a clear direction to revise my paper. One important thing I learned is that fully understanding the prompt is very important. It helps me stay on topic and write a stronger, clearer essay.

2.Completed Writing Center DLAs and Tutoring Sessions (2 minimum)

                                                                                                    Tutoring Sessions This meeting helped me understand more clearly what to do for the final reflection project. The tutor showed us slides that explained the prompt step by step and gave us example. This meeting helped me start thinking ahead about my final project and plan how I want to organize it.
